Overhead sorting-order sequencing-goods-to-person packing of hanging and flat-packed goods Batch-packed goods sorted individually, brought in a sequence at a goods-to-person packing station At charging station- single items removed from containers-cartons, scanned, put into individual bags The system automatically processes the goods per order, buffers-sorts them at multiple stages. At the packing station, goods sorted per order arrive in prescribed sequence. Monitors display quantity of items, packaging, photos of products to be packed. Operators take the goods out of the bags and pack them according to customer orders.
